$450/hr. (complex negotiations)
For clients engaging both Realtor and consulting services:
Listing commission 3% plus a consulting fee ($2,500-$5000)
(A). Strategy & Pricing Consultation- $1,500
Includes: Market analysis & pricing strategy, property condition review, suggested listing timeline, 90-minute consultation and written report.
(B). Staging & Marketing Plan- $3,500
Includes: Walkthrough consultation with staging recommendations, vendor referrals, tailored marketing strategy, written action plan with resources.
FULL PROPERTY ADVISORY PACKAGE- $7,500
Includes: All services in A & B, comprehensive pricing & positioning report, contract form review, negotiation strategy sessions, up to 10 hours of ongoing consultation.
For clients who prefer a full service designated agent to represent you, the commission rate is 3% of the gross sales price which includes all fiduciary duties. OR
FLAT FEE MLS listing with your photos and details approved by Realtor for $950.00
